Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Browiso online store and purchases made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our published policies.

Eligibility and information

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to purchase. Information supplied for an order must be accurate, current and complete.

Products and cosmetic use

We aim to show products and colours accurately, but shades can vary with screens, lighting, natural brow colour, skin type and application. Browiso products are cosmetics for external use only. Patch-test before use, avoid broken or irritated skin, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

Orders, prices and payment

An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted when we confirm it. Prices are displayed in the currency selected for your market and may change without notice. We may correct errors or decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary; if payment was taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

Shipping and returns

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather or events outside our control. Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian consumer guarantees.

Digital products

Digital guides are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. They may not be copied, resold, redistributed or republished. Where permitted by law, paid digital products are non-refundable after immediate access begins, except where the content is defective, inaccessible or materially different from its description.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

Browiso branding, text, images, video, audio and digital materials are protected by intellectual property law. You may use the store for lawful personal use only and must not interfere with its security or operation, transmit malicious code, impersonate others, misuse customer information, or reproduce protected content without permission.

Third-party services and Shopify

The store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party services for payments, fulfilment, analytics and other functions. Purchases are made directly with Browiso, not Shopify. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy notices.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse of products or the store. This does not limit liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.
