How much is delivery to Australia?

For GECOMO brow kits, tracked delivery is A$9.90 with Starter and FREE with Everyday Duo or Best Value Trio. Other products and destinations: see the delivery options at checkout. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

How long does delivery take?

Processing normally takes 1–3 business days. Delivery to Australia is estimated at 5–9 business days after dispatch, based on the current carrier estimate for Sydney (postcode 2000). Timing varies by destination postcode. Remote areas and exceptional delays may take longer. See our Shipping Policy.

Where does my order ship from?

GECOMO brow kits are dispatched from our fulfilment partner in China.

Can I return my order?

GECOMO brow kits have a 30-day money-back guarantee from delivery, including opened and used kits. If your kit is not right for you, email support@marketkiss.com with your order number within 30 days for a refund of the product price. No return shipment is required.
