Shipping and delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery to Australia is estimated at 7–15 business days. Remote areas, customs checks, severe weather and peak periods can occasionally extend delivery to up to 25 business days.

Australia shipping

We provide free tracked shipping to Australian street addresses. A tracking number is provided by email when the order is prepared for dispatch. Tracking can take several days to show its first scan.

Address requirements

Please enter a complete and accurate street address, including apartment or unit number. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If an order is returned because the address is incomplete or incorrect, or a PO Box was supplied, redelivery may require payment of the additional shipping cost.

Delays, loss and delivery scans

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. If an order has not arrived within the estimated window, email hello@browfico.com with your order number. If tracking shows delivered, we may ask you to check with household members, neighbours, the carrier and any local collection point while we investigate.

Duties and taxes

Import duties, taxes or carrier handling fees imposed by local authorities are the customer’s responsibility unless they are collected at checkout. Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable consumer law.
